When you choose communication permissions, Tunzani collects the name, email address, and phone number you provide, your selected channels, the wording you accepted, the time, and the page where you gave permission. We use these records to provide requested communications, honor your preferences, and maintain consent evidence.
Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only to deliver and support our communications. Your choices apply only to Tunzani; they do not subscribe you to another brand.
Consent records are access-restricted. We retain records as needed to operate the messaging program, honor opt-outs, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion; we may need to retain minimal suppression and consent evidence to honor your request and legal obligations.
Do not include patient records or other sensitive clinical information in messages or signup forms.
